These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service with Babi Bubble, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Babi Bubble offers baby massage sessions designed to support infant well-being. These sessions are for educational and relaxation purposes only and do not replace medical advice or treatment.

2. Booking & Payment

Appointments: All bookings must be made online or via direct contact with Babi Bubble.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session for a class credit.
When granted a class credit due to illness. There will only be one class reschedule offered, subject to availability.
No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the session.
Parental Supervision: A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the session.
Clothing & Comfort: We recommend dressing your baby in comfortable clothing and bringing any preferred oil/creams that has been recommended by a doctor or healthcare professional.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

Babi Bubble is not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or adverse effect resulting from the massage.
Our services do not replace medical care. Always consult a doctor for medical concerns.
Babi Bubble is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., emergencies, illness, or weather conditions).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, logos, and educational materials) is the property of Babi Bubble.
You may not copy, distribute or use our materials without written permission.
